I have a 2000 XJ. I want to put a two inch lift on it. Do I need shocks too, or will the stock ones work?
for those who don’t know its a jeep cherokee
for those who don’t know its a jeep cherokee
can i just use the kit and put it in my self
can i leave my stock lower control arms if i install a 3 inch lift on my 99 cherokee
im no expert at suspensions but if i raise up my xj wont i need a longer drive shaft since the rear axle and differential will be farther away from the tranny. i know they have slipjoints and it will have some travel but not sure how much. and if you need to know i have a 87 jeep cherokee laredo 2 door with an inline six 4.0.
ps. any good deals on lift kits or bumpers let me know
I have a 99 jeep xj that had 255/65 R 15 on it before I put a 4.5″ lift and 31 x 10.50’s on it…is this enough change to make my speedometer off at all and if so would i be going slower or faster than my speedometer says? Would it be worth the money to get it calibrated
i figured this wont be easy but im buying a rustys 8 inch long arm kit and getting two inch shackles i was gonna try and rig 2 inch blocks in there to but the only thing i dont know how to get is the 4 inch spacers for the front i googled them to see if i can buy them or would i just have a machine shop make me them which is no problem cause my friends a machinist
